Grading at Dakota Valley Elementary Entrance

The Contractors are progressing on the grading and temporary asphalt project and the water and sewer services reconnections needed for this winter are nearly complete.
In order to limit interruptions to traffic at the Dakota Valley Elementary School, the Contractor will begin work directly in front of the school entrances late Friday afternoon (11/15) and continue through the weekend (11/17). The attached exhibit and excerpt below show the construction zone for this work, which will include removing existing gravel, grading, and placing new granular material.
The West gate on Northshore Drive will be closed while the Contractor is completing this work. Residents on Northshore & Penrose should utilize the Penrose bypass route near the Dakota Valley High School or the East gate on Northshore Drive until this work is complete.
