11/21/24 - Construction Update

Good Evening,

The Utility Contractor will be installing new water and sewer services at 63 Northshore Drive throughout the day tomorrow (11/21). The open trenches will prevent access through Northshore Drive until this work is complete in the late afternoon or evening. See attached exhibit for work area where Northshore will be closed.

The Grading Contractor will primarily be working on gravel placement and grading work between Penrose and the East access point. Access from both ends of Northshore will remain open, but delays may be anticipated from the East entrance while trucks are dumping gravel or grading. Penrose residents are encouraged to utilize either the East site entrance or the North temporary Bypass Road.
