11/20/24 - Construction Update

Good Afternoon All,

The Utility Contractor is working to reconnect water and sewer services at 49 Northshore Drive this afternoon. The open trenches will prevent access through Northshore Drive until this work is complete late today. See attached exhibit for work area.

The Grading Contractor is primarily working on grading and placing gravel near the Dakota Valley Elementary entrance and cleaning up after rain earlier this week. Access from both ends of Northshore will remain open, but delays may be anticipated from the West entrance while trucks are dumping gravel.
